         The Rockets were ready to blast off when the Mustangs pulled into Lincoln on Monday afternoon. Playing a pressing physical brand of soccer, Northeast frustrated the usually wide open Mustang attack. J.P. Pulverenti loosened them up a bit when he played a ball to Kevin “KD” Dickey a no look pass. He took one big touch and then an even bigger hit that found the back post for the most important game of the evening.  Ethan Bennet, with his own set of rockets, was flying toward the near post with two defenders in hot pursuit. On a dead run he rolled the ball backwards to Cam “I am the man” Kellner who drilled home his first of two goals on the match. In the second half, Cam again cleaned up a loose ball in the box and knocked in the 3^rd goal of the game, but not before calling the bank off the post! Brian Talcott and Adam “ShriveDaddy” Shriver secured the goal for the 3^rd shutout of the season. Coach Jurgens was in charge of post competition nutrition and bought the entire team baconators and double downs. (We had to stop at several rest stops on the way home)
