In the battle of the Northside, Millard came out on top. With many players returning to the lineup, the Vikings were under seiged as Millard North came in waves. Cam Kellner, Taylor Seeley and Garret Holt knocked home 1 each for the surging Mustangs. Brian Talcott, Chris Davidson and Adam Shriver combined behind a stellar defensive effort that secured the shutout.
